Mar. 19th, 2004 09:08 amMy mother always maintains that her 30s marked the most productive period of her life. She feels that it was the height of her creativity, ambition, and ability to follow through. I’ll be 29 in a few months. I’m starting to understand what she meant.

Date: 2004-03-22 08:50 am (UTC)- Had a beautiful, charming little boy
- Taught yourself web and graphic design
- Built web site, that over the years has helped several thousand women, and received television coverage four or five times.
- Started and operated another groundbreaking business that has served as an inspiration for other daycares, and that also received media coverage.
- Started and maintained a photography business.
- Started and maintained a web design business
- Started an internet wooden toy business, with no overhead, that brings in some cash.
- Manage your father's internet business, including the creation of the e-Commerce module.
- Took your son on a Caribbean vacation.
- Helped more people in a tight spot than I can count.
This is just the stuff I can think of off hand, but I know there's more. If anything, this just proves my point. Okay, things are really tough for you right now, but there is no question in my mind, that you will rebound from this. Besides, your 30s aren't over yet. You're only half way through. Just think of what the next few years will bring.
