I discovered that if I take bananas and freeze them, then stick them in the food processor, the result is creamy, fluffy, delicious whipped bananas that pass for ice cream. Well, they passed well enough for ice cream to fool my son.

Quite ripe. Not overripe, though. I think I may add a squeeze of lemon next time to keep the "ice cream" from going brown.
