WHOA, maybe I should reconsider my dream to move to portland or seattle, if mild weather= fall line. They just recently had an earthquake or tsunami. But I figure if i live like 30 miles away from either of these cities, i'll get all the benefits of beautiful weather year-round, while avoiding the ground shakes. That I can't imagine getting used to.
